after EVO & upgrade DBA-PS not responding

I would think that DBA classic's PS should stil work after adding EVO and doing the jump from classic 8/08 to classic 8/12
 
I can no longer add or delete users thru DBA-PS-A,nor can I delete their access thru DBA PS-C
However I was able to delete users thru EVO-PS-A, but I cant delete their access thru EVO-PS-C
 
 
When I go into DBA and try to add the user thru DBA-PS-A it appears she is added, however when I go into DBA-PS-C and try to give her access it doesn't work.  I can F2 and find her name and I fill in co# and level and save, but it doesn't take. This is exactly what happens if I go back and try to give her access in DBA-PS-C.
 
The new user can login to EVO
The new user can't login to DBA.  The error appears "A company doesn't exist for this user" .   (BUT IT DOES.....there are no empty blanks)
 
Nor am i able to edit the discription or access levels in either DBA or EVO.
 
I have scoured the archives and the help pulldown with no luck.  Is there another resource?
