Balance Sheet Out of Balance

We have a small out of balance when we print our balance sheet for September 2012.  The August 2012 Balance Sheet is in balance.
 
We have not had any out of balance notifications when posting through GL-O.  Any thoughts on how we can find what causes the September Balance Sheet to be out of balance.  I tried running AM-R Out of Balance report on posted items for 9/1 to 9/18/12 but the report comes out blank.

If the AM-R report is blank then you are really not out of balance.  There is an account that has had acrivity this month that is not within the From/Through ranges of accounts defined in AM-E so it is not being included onthe Balance Sheet.
