Pervasive 11 vs Pervasive 10

Hello,
 
We are moving to a new server and we are currently on Pervasive 10.
 
Pervasive's web site says that 11 is much better with using multiple processores/cores.
 
What I would like to know is if anyone has seen a big performance improvement with version 11 over 10? Is it worth the upgrade price?
 
We currently have about 20 concurrent users and we do see slowness at times.

All I know is that when I run the mrp on the dual quad, 11, server its amazingly fast.
