SO-A Key setup error (Read 807 times)

SO-A Key setup error

When hitting "enter" after selecting a customer a message "Key setup error" appears. Hitting OK twice makes it disappear and all fields populate.
Any idea how to get rid of message?

That usually indicates some sort of index error.  UT-A , DDCHECK (DBA) or T7DDCHECK (Evo), does it return any errors?
