Our database files have an added index field that is pulling duplicate information from other fields. The index number is 0 - TRN_KEY. Some files are being populated with funny symbols and/or with info from other fields. Not sure how and when this happened. We recently updated DBA Classic peer to peer 2004.1 to IS Tech Update 8/07/12 SP1. Running Pervasive 2000i (but will be upgrading to 11 in the next few days - am running it on the test pc). We have been receiving sporatic errors in WO-A, SO-A and IN-A which prompted me to check out the database files.  
 
Ran DDCHECK with 7 errors. All for Action Type 4 errors. These errors were for test data and 2 unused companies. NEWINIT did not resolve that issue.
 
How do I remedy the table structure issue? Is this affecting the integrity of the database? Any help is greatly appreciated.
