Setting up JDBC access to my secured ODBC DDFs
01/25/13 at 11:56:06

How do I specify the username and password in my JDBC settings to access my ODBCDDF's that are secured?

In short, you can't.  It is not developed that way as the majority of our users have not set up such security.

That's scary.
By not setting up basic DDF security, ALL Data files are easily accessible by anyone with
access to Excel or any other app that allows ODBC data access.
