We have historically reported all labor hours as type "R" (regular) hours. We want to start using the additional labor types available in Evo, specifically "H" Holiday, "S" Sick, and "V" Vacation. My problem is that when our hourly employees report off, the hours are unpaid. They can opt to use vacation days if they want the hours to be paid, but those would be be type "V" hours. Our intent is to enter a transaction for every employee every day to help track attendance and call-offs using Evo report filtering. We want to get away from supplemental spreadsheets wherever we can. Is there any way to define a $0.00 pay rate for type S hours?
