TAS-G list index out of bounds (0)
02/25/13 at 16:57:25

I'm trying to setup a new user (haven't had one for a while) and I'm getting a 'list index out of bounds(0)" message when I go to TAS-G

Then I have to 'crash' out of EVO and start again.

Can anyone please tell me how to reslove this?

We're using EVO verison 2011.2 (long overdue for an update)

If you have a backup copy of the menu files (BKMENUSU.DBF, BKMENUSU.DBT & BKMENUSU.MDX) I would try restoring them.

Thanks, I had tried that but it didn't help.

If I look at BKMENUSU through maintain database, it shows 25 records, but the Tot: at the bottom says 53.

Should this be the total number of rrecords in that file?

Would that be causing the error?

Sounds like the file is damaged.  Do you have an older backup?  Worst case is to restore the BKMENUSU.* files from the DBAMFG\DRILL folder and reload all the user menus.
