We tried multiple attempts at re-booting the server computer to no avail. A technician ended up fixing several problems with the server computer including removal of several virus'. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. On the server (and all workstations), Evo-Erp starts up and you see the welcome screen but it goes away and nothing else happens. If you try again, it states that you already have it running. You have to use task manager to stop it from "running". You can log into DbaMfg and it works, so we know that Pervasive is good. The technician believes that a file required for start-up of Evo-Erp has been corrupted and recommends that the program be re-installed. I e-mailed 21 hours ago for instructions on doing this process while retaining our data, but have not received a reply. Frustration at being down for our third day now is beginning to build up.
