EVO quote doesnt print notes SO-P-B

I don't enter, nor print quotes, but the guys tell me that if they type notes in EVO in SO-P-B the notes don't print.

My guys will actually enter a quote is in EVO and then switch to DBA to print it so their notes will print out. The notes are entered in EVO, and print in DBA, so EVO is obviously retaining the notes.

Am I missing a default? Any and all help appreciated.

What we found is where ever we enter the notes you have to tell evo where to look when the print notes request comes up.
