standard costs in labor
06/07/13 at 09:50:18

Somehow we have standard costs in labor.  And they are all wrong.  I think they were somehow put in years ago. But being T parts, I can't change them. I made them an R and tried changing the standard cost. But it won't let me to the Outside Process field.  There must be some way to fix this. We are now doing PPV reports and these show up daily.

UT-A program FIXSTD will allow you to edit the fields that should not have any cost in it based on part type.

I had some type A parts that were changed to type R they continued to roll up with the cost in the routing that was never removed.

changing them back to type A then allowed removing the routing and then back to R fixed that issue for me.
