New "Printout Ready" dialog...?
06/13/13 at 07:11:17

Since the SP2 update every time we print a graphical form we get the above dialog with "ok" being the only option. Doesn't seem to hurt anything but seems rather odd to be adding things to be clicked when there is a "Quick Print" option now (which we have enabled)...

It is intentional because there is a problem if you are printing a large range of things and go do something else, Windows loses focus and the print job gets lost behind the menu.  We are trying to come up with a better way to manage it; we know people hate extra keystrokes.

I did some testing. Yes, that little information message will give the focus back to Evo.

Find out what application has the focus (Windows API function GetForegroundWindow, and GetWindowText.)

I don't know if TAS can do this, but it is common practice.

If Evo has the focus show the printer window, no need for an extra click.
If not you can regain the focus with that little message (or by make Evo blink on the task bar)
