Out of system resources error
06/27/13 at 08:17:11

I have one user on a new Windows 7 Pro system, 64bit, 8GB of RAM, who regularly gets this error when using SO-A and AR-A:

Addsum TAS Premier 7i

Out of system resources.

OK

No idea why it keeps showing up. In SO-A, once she clicks a sales order and the header screen loads, that is when the error pops up.  She is the only one having this issue that I know of.

The error is informational in that  there is only an OK button. She has been getting out of Evo and going back in when it happens, but it happens a lot and she's getting a little annoyed. I have no idea what would be the cause of this error.   It only happens in Evo, and only in SO-A and occasionally in AR-A.

Anyone else seen/experience this and have a solution or suggestion?

Many thanks,

Val

I'm not sure if it's related or not, but when we switched from Pervasive 9 to 11 alot of these random errors went away. 9 is not supported on Windows 7, though it mostly works. Are you using version 9.5 still? (I see it in your signature).

Yes I am, and we have to stay here because we use Novell and Pervasive stopped providing versions
for Novell at 9.5..... Angry
