paragraph of text for quoted items ?

Is there a way to have a paragraph of text for items on a quote ?
 
Either a linked .txt document or a note from the item would do.

Sure.  If you only want it to appear on Quotes then create a Note type QT in SM-N-A, use IN-B to attach the note to the item and then in SO-P-B select Item QT Notes to print on the quote.

and use the EN forms

Was having trouble but I Got it !
 
I had to set items to QT  when printing the quote !
 
I had set quote # to QT
