To Anyone Whom Can Answer,
 
When one of our DBA users goes to print Sales Acknowledgments (SO-B),
they have to wait a very long time for the "Graphical
Form Name" screen to come up after they hit enter
all the way through the screen. I tried the same set of actions on  
my computer, but it went very fast. So I know it can't be
the DBA application itself, but something related to their
DBA setup. I thought it might their Pervasive installation, but  
after I reinstalled their Pervasive software, it still acted the same
taking 2 - 3 minutes to bring a record up to the screen.
Note: On my computer it just takes 2 - 3 seconds (the norm).
 
Would anyone know why its slow or how to speed it up?
 
Are there any DBA utilities that I could run on their
computer to fix this issue?

Thank you so much for your help.
 
It is DBA classic. Yes, the user is using the same DBA classic version as me.
I have logged in using my DBA account on their computer and still got the same  
problem with SO-B.
 
Actually his DBA is slow (including other forms, etc...), but SO-B is the most slowest  
performing module.
 
It quite amazing that it has these problems since the network connection is pretty solid.
 
Anymore suggestions?
