Just ran SM-J-C, as I generally do every month and found a bunch of items with an invalid location.
 
We didn't use to have a location, but about a year ago we made one and put all out items in it.
 
SM-J-C shows a bunch (maybe 20) with the following note:
(location is empty) 'BKICLOCM record for location "               " missing; Changed it to VT-CH1       in BKICLOC'
 
Then there is a second line:
'VT-CH1       Consolidated a duplicate BKICLOC record (OUH was 0.00)'
 
Every one (of the 20 or so items) has the same sequence.
