We have notice this issue since the last update (SP1 July??)
A PO is created, saved and printed.
Weeks later when our staff tries to received the PO, it is not there. They open PO-A an the PO is not there.
Because the items are on the company and need to be receive they create another PO with the same number, and items.
When they are trying to receive it the items appear twice.
