I don't use this for the labels that I have to print. I use a program called "Bar Tender." It lets me create the labels that I need, save them, add bar codes as needed, use labels in a bunch of sizes, and save each one to be able to modify and print on the fly. For customers that require that I print bar coded labels for the inner and outer packaging, it has saved my bacon. I also have used Word Perfect, selected the label type, made and saved labels, and added bar codes (they're just a font, make sure you use the right kind). Both let you select where on the label stock sheets that you want to start the print. I don't know how either would work on a dedicated label printer machine, but both work swell on your basic laser printers. Hope this helps, Ann
