If you use WO-J to close a work order the system checks the BKDCPLAB for unposted labor.
But if you use WO-I to do finish production it does not checks for unposted labor.
 
could anyone confirm it? If that is the case, why is that?

You may be doing a partial receipt.  It does check and give you a warning, but it does not prevent you from proceeding.  You can process WO-I finished production but you can not close the work order.

Question: what do you mean by "Partial Receipt"? Partial Finish Production???

Yes.  Work Order is for 100 and today you are reporting completion of 40.  Unposted labor may apply to the other 60.
