Our customer ACME  and all its info can be found in AR-A, but when we  go to enter a quote we can only see the customers account code.  
 
CM-K   My first  thought was that I  need to do CM-K  (add customers to account file)  again, so I did, but we still can see only the customer account code  " ACME " in SO-P-A and ES-A .  The name and address and other information is not displayed in SO-P.  
 
Any and all help appreciated.
