We are trying to upgrade (finally) from and old version of DBA classic to the latest DBA/EVO.
Upgrading to Pervasive 11 from 8 went well.
 
Running the EVO/DBA update on the server (164Meg setup file from July 2013) it seemed to work ok with one file exception.  "The file: Tp7rtsetup.exe did not copy properly.  Please make sure no one is running EvoERP and try this again."
 
When I try to launch Evo, the update screen pops up and if I update, my update is being hung up at BKPUSER.B.  
 
I've tried reinstalling 4 times now, and I can't get past this BKPUSER.B hang up.
And I look at the file prior to the update with DBA file maintenance and users info is in there, but after the hang up, the file is empty, so it appears to get confused when trying to update or process this file.
 
Any ideas how I can get past this?
