I google it, this is what I found:

This "internal" record definition was read from the DDFs when the report was
first created and stored within in the .RPT file itself. So the first thing
to do is to open the report in the Crystal Reports Designer and select
Database -> Verify Database. If SCR's internal definition for the tables
differ from that stored in the DDFs, the Verify Database option will re-sync
them. If, after running this option, SCR still throws an error 22, then the
table definition stored in the DDFs is wrong and will need to be corrected.
