reorder report IN-D
12/27/13 at 12:09:10

We are testing the system after entering BOM's. Quantity levels were artificially set to certain amounts. Reorder levels, reorder amounts and lead time were set up for components.
We then used the new workorder receipts module to process parent items. This reduced inventory of components below reorder level.
Running the reorder report IN-D does not show that the components need reordering (reorder level is set to 50, reorder amount set to 100, lead time set to 60)
Are we missing something?

This shows a Reorder Level of 0, not 50 and a Lead Time of 0 as well.

That is the issue. The component is set up in IN-B with reorder level 50, reorder amount 100
and lead time 30

We are currently having the exact same issue with our current version. We have verified reorder levels and reorder amounts are both in the inventory records.  They are not showing up on the reports, graphical or text.

Make sure you are not checking the option for Use Location Reorder Levels.  You can define Location Specific Reorder levels or item master reorder levels.  Sounds like you have defined them for the item master but may be running the report selecting the Location option.
