So insightly seemed a bit limited , slow , and was web based and I still can't the used to having my stuff hanging out there on the web.

I had a spare server (2003-r2) and I have installed the open source Vtiger on it (again). I had used this long ago and the server had died, we were slow so I didn't rebuild it.

Mail Chimp seems like a winner for me so far.
