Hello  
I am new to the software and to the board so please excuse me if I ask basic questions.  
 
I am trying to enter price codes via SO-Q-D, but it opens the window with an information window that says "Empty File" and when I click OK it closes the window. Am I missing a step here? Please help. Thanks!
