I just would like to say that, in spite of a few ongoing issues, IS Tech Support has been doing a FANTASTIC job with bug fixes and real user enhancements, especially in the last 1-1/2 to 2 years. I just noticed (6 months later!) that an enhancement I had asked for* was in place. So I was perusing the BugTracker to see what else has been fixed that I might have missed. I'll admit - I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and may have some weird ideas about how things "should" be done, so I've entered a lot of Bug Reports. But in spite of that, 39 out of the 48 issues I've reported have been fixed, and the remaining 9 are assigned. This in addition to some issues that were too time sensitive to bother reporting and were handled directly. DBA/Evo still does some strange things once in a while, for no apparent reason. But I have to say that if you can repeat the problem, IS Tech can, and usually will, fix it. * BugTrack report: Summary 0000310: Emailing Statements uses the same File Name for every customer Description I suggest appending the customer code, otherwise they just get overwritten with every new statement generated and there is no audit trail.
