Hello,
Somehow we entered, released, and posted a work order with the incorrect quantity issued on a part. Now our item usage is way off in IN-A item usage. Is there any way we can fix this? It occurred in September 2013.

I think when we do this we just reopen the WO and UN-issue any overage and the close it again at the correct qty.
 
I could be wrong.

That is what we would do. Undo Finish Production.
But if you are going to use September check with your accountant. That month/year could be close.
 
You can always change the date but that is going have a similar effect to your item usage.
