When we sort the serial numbers by lot number in the post or release sales order the sorting changes all the serial numbers to a 4 for the results. Now this could be because the last digit of the lot number was a 4. however if we do not sort the serial numbers on the tag screen and scroll through all of them and select the ones we want without sorting them first the serial numbers do not change. We were able to duplicate this problem many times. Typing in the numbers works fine as well, however typing in 50 to 100 numbers each 8 digits longs leads to errors and is too time consuming. Sorting the entire list of serial numbers to find each one at a time is not much better. Could someone helps us correct this? maybe we are missing something or doing it wrong.
