IN-C INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS
06/04/14 at 10:45:29
Good afternoon,
We recently updated EVO to 2014.1 version and noticed that IN-C now has an icon to enter the GL account. I am unable to do this but it would be nice. Does anyone know how to do activate this icon?
Thanks!

SD-H (DEF-H)
IN-C Control Access to COGS GL Account
This is quite interesting.
If you enter a positive quantity you can change the GL
but as soon as you enter a negative quantity that feature is disable.

Kelloggs was correct go into your Item Defaults and turn the IN-C control access to COGS GL ACCOUNT to Y. Then Save it. Now the only issue I found is that as you enter through the fields it doesn't take you to the GL account field. You actually have to use your mouse and click the field and then it will allow you to either do a look up or enter it. Not sure if that is the way it was intended to work but we will find out.

That makes sense, I probably would have known had I had access to that. I will get this to the appropriate person.
Thank you both!!
