SO-C Error when printing packing list
06/26/14 at 07:50:18

We are getting an error on one of our computers when printing packing lists.
FATAL ERR - File: evo.LIB line: 2864
This field has been previously defined, or is in the Data Dictionary. It cannot be defined again: UDFI1

This only happens on our one shipping computer. Thoughts?

*crickets*

Anyone have any clue what might be causing this? It's a slight pain to have to print packing slips on a different computer and walk them across our shop.

UDF is typically a grid related issue.  Check the local C:\ISTS folder for the problem workstation & remove or rename EvoGridSettings.INI

Our shipping workstation did not have a EvoGridSettings.INI in the C:\ISTS folder. Unfortunately I have nothing to rename or remove.
The file on my workstation exists and is fairly short, posted below for reference. I tried copying this from my workstation to the shipping but I'm still having the same error.
I think I will just try reloading EVO on the workstation and see if that fixes the problem.

What is the ISTS Enhancement date in the banner when you run SO-C?

Hello Jemm,
The SO-C that was causing us problems was listed as 7-13-12 enhancement. We have since changed the user to load the 8-1-13 form and it is working without incident.
It is strange because every other user on our network uses the 7-13-12 fine, it is just this one workstation causing problems.
At least we've found a temporary workaround - but I'd like all forms to be the same on all workstations, its a much easier learning curve for our employees when the terminals are all familiar.
We are having a similar problem with SO-B. I haven't tried changing the requested program but suspect I will have similar results.
