Saving user setting on server
07/29/14 at 07:28:35

Attempting to use the new default setting to Enable USER Specific Settings (assuming this is the place to enable user server settings) - It appears that when this is set to Y, the user settings are cleared. Is there a way to transfer existing user settings to the server ... or am I missing something?
Thanks

It should copy the EVOSETTINGS.INI file from the C:\ISTS folder on the workstation to a DAVE.INI (or whatever the username is) in a SETTINGS subfolder under the DBAMFG folder on the server and then use that file.

SD-A, Enable User Specific Settings.  If this is set to Y then the EvoSettings.ini from the local machine is copied to the server to a file USERNAME.INI in a Settings subfolder under the DBAMFG or EVOERP folder so the settings follow the user regardless where they log in.
