PO-B-R Problems   Print Receiving Slip
09/12/14 at 13:13:43

PO-B-R Problems

Crazy things happen when I use PO-B-R  “ Print Receiving Slip”

1.      The Pop-up screen says  PO-B Print Purchase Orders
2.      The default graphic form is IT6POB4R.RTM, but when you try to print you get a message that IT6POB4R.RTM is not found in the directory
3.       If you remove the R  and use IT6POB4.RTM  the results is a purchase order
4.       T6POB4A.RTM  prints with NASCO
5.      T6POB4B.RTM  does look like what  I think a receiving slip might look like,

I am on an older version of EVO, and it works OK here.  I don't use international RTM's, so I get T6POB4R.rtm.
I would imagine the program uses some of the same logic as PO-B, so that's why the pop-up screen says what it does.
You can use the RTM editor to look at the form that prints with the NASCO header, it's possible that the header fields have been overwritten with the NASCO stuff.

hanks, your mentioning of the International module prompted me to check my setting and YES it was turned on, but I am not sure why.
Also I found that Nasco Aircraft brake is a real company.  Still not sure why their name and logo are coming up on some of our forms.

Get the RTX copy of a given form in the RTX subfolder to get the newest version.  Rename to RTM.  Itemized tax required the Tax groups to be defined, set to print as itemized and the International forms be turned on.

If I turn international forms to on, I get a bunch of errors and it will not list the purchase order to the screen.
The only way I get a purchase Order to print with international on is to print it in text

You did not get a used copy. Those forms made it in via one of the updates awhile back by mistake and should not have been in there. You can look in the  RTX folder for the gold copies of those same forms, copy them rename the extension to RTM then paste them back into your root folder.
