EVO not loading WBKMENUSETUP.RWN (Read 2129 times)

EVO not loading WBKMENUSETUP.RWN

For no appartent reason, EVO is not loading. DBA is working just fine.
After entering the username/password, a pop shows:
The menu items haven't been setup yet. Please run WBKMENUSETUP.RWN first.
 
Why is that?? where do I run it form?
 
We have been using it for years now, no updates, nothing have changed.
 
How can it be fixed.

I open my EVO and run that program. It is use to setup user's menus.
 
To run WBKMENUSETUP.RWN you need EVO. ......A chicken and egg situation.
 
Have you try to login as the "ADMIN"?
Have you contact ISTECHSupport?

Try restoring a backup of these 3 files (you need all 3 as a matched set)
 
WBKMENUSU.DBF
WBKMENUSU.DBT
WBKMENUSU.MDX

Lynn,
I restored these files from our last back up, but still not working. (I even tried back ups back to dec 2013)
After I enter the user/pswd I get the same error msg.
 
What else can I try. DBA is working just fine, but it does not have all the features as EVO.
