Anyone having issues with SM-V not loading?

I'm logged in as "ADMIN" and when I click on SM-V (Download updates), I briefly get a  
"Loading" window then nothing.  I see that there are 14 updates available.  I can't seem to get the list of updates from the menu either when logged in as my user name.  Has anyone run into this?  I suspect it may be network permissions.

Just tried it here
 
1st attempt it crashed
 
2nd attempt it worked downloaded 6 patches
