I did updates, and logged in as admin, and when I selected a user to attempt to update to latest in PS-A, it demanded that I set up a new user access code. I couldn't back out, so I attempted to create a bogus one (with the plan of deleting it later) to try to break the lock up. It seemingly wouldn't take. I could not exit, and had to use Windows Task Manager to close the program, and restart. When I went back in, I tried PS-G, which let me in to select user, but it showed the bogus user. It doesn't matter whether I attempt to go in as admin or as a power user, it still does the lockup. Is there a fix? Thanks, Ann
