Key setup error on 2015.1 update (Read 1005 times)

Key setup error on 2015.1 update

Tried running the 2015.1 update to Evo, toward the end of the dB update, after the "Updating DBA Classic" portion I get a pop-up error "Key setup error" with an OK or close button. The updater said it's working on "Utilities: UID BBMstr B".
 
When I run evo now I get:
 
FATAL ERR - File: NZEVO.LIB Line: 232
(You have failed to access a file that has not been previously opened, or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0.)
 
Clicking OK brings up Evo with no menu buttons.
 
Suggestions?

I experienced something similar on a prior update.  I restored from my backup and ran until I sorted it out.  I believe the issue was that even though I logged all of the users out, there was still an open share that prevented a clean install.  From my server, I made sure there were no active shares and then installed without any issues.

Try reindexing the BKBMMSTR file before you attempt the update again.

I get "Error occurred when trying to rename the original file" right when I start the re-index on this file.

File is open.  You can't reindex when other people are in the file.
