When running WO-G Issue Materials (ISTS Enhancement Date 2/15/15) BOM items with a quantity less than a full unit do not appear on the list to select for issuing.  When attempting to add the item I get a message that it already exists.
 
We make some parts from a ring where the ring yields 5 segments which become "blanks" on the BOM of another item.  As a result, we have a quantity of .2 (1/5) of the ring on the BOM for the downstream part.
 
I've looked into Defaults, but don't see any unit limitation checkbox.

Part type should make no difference, it is something else. I just checked with the flag set to N and there is definitely something not right, I am not getting the entire BOM either.   I had it set to L before and everything was listed.  Sent to programming.
