Unable to Move Inventory

We have an issue where Accounting is trying to move some inventory to a new location, but Evo is telling them
the inventory is allocated to a currently open sales order.  The sales order is definitely closed.  So how do I fix
this for them?

Update:  we ended up voiding the invoice, making the inventory transfer, and then re-doing the invoice.
The invoice seemed to be the issue.  Everything seems to be OK now. The silly part of it was the sales order
was for samples, so the invoice was for $0.00!
