Maintain Database DBA Classic

I have new virus software ( Symantec Endpoint Protection ) and since installing we have lost the ability to maintain database in DBA Classic ( Evo still works ).
I believe it has to do with the firewall since this software replaces the windows firewall with something much more restrictive.
What ports would Maintain Database need to access?

I don't think ports are an issue here.
Add an exception for *.RWN and *.RUN programs to your antivirus.

....if the ports are an issue.....
Pervasive PSQL communicates via the following ones: 3351 for the transactional interface, 1583 for the relational interface, and 139 for named pipes
