Maintain Database shows invalid (Read 1167 times)

Maintain Database shows invalid

I went to check something in the Maintain Database - no matter what I click on every file shows to be invalid:
 
Btrieve Status 11 - The specified file name is invalid.Key=(CCheesyBAMEGDEFAULT/BKARDEP.B) DBIERR_INVALIDFILENAME
 
Please let me know how to fix this.

UT-A, program MDBFXREG.  Accept the path, then exit DBA and go back in.
