find PO# when all you have is vendor's inv#
10/02/15 at 07:32:26

If all one has is a vendor's invoice number how can you find out what purchase order number it was on?

Before we started using AP-C and only used AP-B we had much better recall because AP-B allows you to type in the vendor's invoice number and get lots of good stuff.   I feel certain there is a way to do this if one has used AP-C .... but how?

Thanks
Laura

I don't have AP-X.
That must be on a recent  update.
I need to update.
Thanks

I can find AP-T,AP-U and AP-W in the right column, but I dont see AP-X.
I assume the right column defaults to the ADMIN and the left column is the user that I highlighted?
Thanks

If you're talking about TAS-G, you don't need to find it in the list on the right. You can just type in the info on the left side. I don't think I've ever used the right hand side...

However, if it's not in the list you may not have the actual program.

AP-X is relatively new so if you are behind on updates you won't have it.

Are you logged in as ADMIN?  Users other than ADMIN don't automatically get new programs.  The administrator needs to log in as ADMIN and see what is new and determine who should get it.  We have a new Quality module on the Mfg menu and some new (relatively) programs on some other menus.

AP-X has been there since 2015 at least.

I don't ever remember logging in as admin.  PS-G shows me that ADMIN has access to AP-X but I don't.  I just assumed that my name was the admin too.
I have no idea what the admin password is.  I set it up in 1997 and have never given it another thought.  Did Malcolm need it 2012?
Can I reset the admin password it in PS-A?
Thanks

If you go to SM-V in Evo to download updates there is a link to the What's New by release.  I will confess the latest 2020.2 is a few weeks behind  embarrassed
