Walter and Holly reported having a problem whereby they are attempting to transfer a serialized item to another inventory location using IN-L-J, and it won't let them. They put in the item number (via lookup), the FROM location (Rental) (via lookup), press ENTER, the details show up below, they click on the TO location and select where they want it to go (our default inventory location), and it keeps changing the TO where it is being moved from (i.e. Rental). They can move the serialized item from the default location to Rental, but not the other way around. They have tried with other serialized parts and the same thing happens.
 
They can move anything else (lot controlled, parts w/o lot or serial control) to other inventory locations, no problem it seems.
 
Also, they say it only happens in one of our companies, not the other.  
 
Any ideas?
