PO Price changes when PO is Saved
02/18/16 at 14:39:07

One of our purchasers says that she is having a super weird problem entering a PO.  She keeps putting in one price and it keeps changing it to another when it saves.  It only happened on one line of an 8 item order, all for the same part number (#G&ASUP&EQUIP) in our Systems company.  She got around it by deleting that line and entering it on a different line.  It just kept defaulting to an average cost for non-inventory item.  Only on that one line though.  All the other ones allowed her to change them.

Anyone ever seen this happen before?   Is this a part # issue?

Kind regards,

Val

Similar issue with one of our purchasers, in out other company (Sources). She says "I'm trying to update pricing on PO per vendor's confirmed price.  I have saved it with new pricing three times and when you go back and look at it (either on print screen or under open PO's on the inventory screen) it's back to the old price."  Has anyone else seen this problem?

Now Walter had the same issue as Michelle, entered a PO with a few lines having the same Part # but different pricing and it was not allowing him to change the pricing on two of the lines.  Eventually it saved one of the price changes on one line, but kept putting the other one back to the regular pricing.  I had him just go in and delete the line that was not changing, create a new line with the correct pricing and save the PO. That time it saved it.

Weird......
