PO-J where do you enter Special Inspect. Instructs

Trying to get Inspection notes to appear on the QC Inspection Receipt Traveler that prints when an item is received into QC inspection, but can't for the life of me figure it out.

Any suggestions anyone?

We can get notes to appear if we put them into items specs, but we'd rather save that space for... item specs and have the inspection routine appear under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.
