After doing some digging thru online help and also the main menu program, I think I found them (someone please confirm).
So here are my guesses:

Master Grid Program:                (SU-D) program name t7gdm.rwn   OR maybe wblookup.rwn?

Quick Work Order:                (MR-I, Generate Work Orders) program name bkmri.run

Generic Import Program:           (DE-A,B,C,D,E,F,G) program names T7DEBA.rwn,T7DECA.RWN,,T7DEDA.RWN,,T7DEEA.RWN,,T7DEFA.RWN,,T7DEGA.RWN
(turns out there are several "generate import header" programs, depending on what you are going to import, not sure where a single generic import program is in Evo)

HH-D                                     Program T7HHWOP.RWN

SM-N-B                                  (Evo Notes Maintenance) program is evonotes.rwn

Admin menu                           (TAS-G) program wbkmenusetup.rwn

Hopefully someone will confirm or correct these!

For most (if not all) menu items, the easy way to find the program name is to run it, then press F12. If you have F12 assigned as a user shortcut, you can use Tools > Last Program Run.

That's assuming you know the program that runs it in Evo to begin with.  In this case, he is verifying that these were updated from a previous version, and didn't know the Evo menu command for each (like IN-A is inventory inquiry, etc.).  Not clear to him what program in Evo is associated with these.

Thanks, though. I will try that just to see since I've not done that (used F12) before.  Nice to know!

Grids is WBKLOOKUP.RWN
Quick Work Order is  NZQWO.RUN located on the menu at WO-K-L
Generic Import is T7GENIMP.RWN (not a menu option, run at UT-A but it is also the underlying program behind the new version of the other import programs such as DE-B-B
HH-D you are correct
SM-N-B you are correct
The actual ADMIN menu file is a text file BKMENUSU.TXT that the program uses to build the menu when ADMIN logs in.
