Date A/R Aging ages from
06/30/16 at 09:07:22

I have a situation where we create a sales order and print the invoice up to several weeks after the ship date.  I want to leave the ship date as it is (5/20/16) and change the invoice date to 6/30/16.  I do this as I'm posting the invoice.  The invoice prints as I want but the A/R aging program continues to age from the ship date.  The report does have the column heading "Inv Date" but on the example dates above it shows an aging of 41 days.  Does the aging program age from Ship Date or Invoice Date?

Make sure when posting the invoice you say No to use the Ship Date as post date.  Starting with version 2016.2 the invoice date that is printed on the invoice in SO-F will be used as the post date.

Thanks Lynn!
I feel like the last idiot.
After posting invoices for 10 years now, I should really slow down and read all the options on these screens.
Thanks
Tom
