Two questions to look at here:
 
     1. When ever our users print a report to disk they have to close DBA and then reopen it to be able to save a report to disk again.  Anyone ever had this or know what the problem is?
     2. We have a user that prints reports and all of the sudden can only print the report one time.  She has to close DBA after she prints it, reopen it and she can print it again.  Work orders and other               Windows programs still will print fine just not this particular report.  SA > O > 1.
