We are running DBA classic in a 3 station peer-to-peer environment. In early September. I don't know how my boss did it but he has two extraneous history items he wants deleted. One is on the payment history report (AP-R) and the other is on the aging report (AP-I). Hope can be deleted as they don't have the complimentary entries that you would expect. The GL postings were in balance and so is the bank.
It has something to do with him writing a check, voiding it, re-writing it and voiding it again. He used the same invoice number and the same voucher number for both, which may have caused his problem. It could also be related to the fact that he has a tendency to walk away from his computer for extended periods while in the middle of a transaction. Pervasive sometimes has issues with that.  Any help in how to delete these entries?
