I am working with an Evo user that has a Zebra Printer model QLn320 that they are trying to use for inventory labels and while the labels will print to regular 8.5 X 11 page printers they come up blank on this printer.  Does anybody have any experience with this printer model and Evo?  or even suggest a different model that works well?

We're using EasyCoder PD4 thermal transfer printers in a variety of sizes that work great.  We have default printers set for different forms.  Just out of curiosity, do you know it's an Evo issue, and not a general printing issue?  Can they print a test page?
