IN-A Book value is not correct on all of my parts
09/19/17 at 22:49:59

Hello All,

Could anyone tell me why my book value does not match the quantity that I have in stock?
What I'm trying to say is example item #123 has a last cost and average cost of $3.7821 ea.
and a book value of $2,265.16 and I only have 31 pieces in stock? I'm not sure where the
system is getting these book values from all of my items are off is there a program that will
go through all of the items and fix them so I know what my inventory value is?

Thanks Scott

Inventory going negative and then coming back up to positive at a different unit cost is the cause.  UT-K-G is the fix.  You will also need to make a Journal entry.  UT-K-G makes no accounting transactions.
